Food was fine and the waitress was very professional. Unfortunately they let us wait for half an hour for pancakes, which were pitiful and basically a joke - very small and not tasty at all. And then the bill included an extra 6 euro "tax" which we haven't encountered anywhere else in Slovakia. Really not recommended.

Edit: response to owner - "the food was fine", as in not really good, which is kinda what you expect seating at a restaurant. In any case, when the whole experience gets ruined, it doesn't matter if some of it wasn't terrible - it was one star as a whole.

It might have taken you 18 minutes to make the pancakes, but it took me 30 minutes to get them, which is all I should care about. In such circumstances, your staff should really be directed to warn customers that the prep time is longer. We ended up not managing to do what we planned for the day because of that, only so you could make another few euros. And as I've said, the pancakes themselves were embarrassing. We've ordered pancakes probably over ten times during our visit to Slovakia, and yours were by far the worst. Only six bites, two grapes, and five blueberries. And the dough itself was dry. Pitiful.

As for the tax, as I've said, we haven't encountered it anywhere else. Only once more after that. After paying a lot already, discovering another hidden cost leaves a bitter...

Maybe they had a bad day...but it was terribly slow. We waited 10m for beer and 20+m for food. The staff was friendly and the location and the beer garden was nice, but that does not save the whole experience. Food was mediocre: burger overdone, fries not tasty, unsalted, chicken broth came as tiny portion. The chicken breast with beetroot were good and the fish...

Friendly and nice service. You don't wait long for your food. Portion size OK. In my opinion and the other person's, the tomato soup and pasta with spinach were definitely too salty, but the chicken soup was good. There are seats downstairs and a few tables upstairs.
