Penzion Pod Brezinou — Hotel in Trenčín

Looks great, inside and out and is well-decorated and clean. However, the one pillow each is lumpy, the mattress is stiff and we spent a restless night.|There was building work behind the penzion, which started very early in the morning and I do appreciate that this is outwith the innkeeper's control. Equally the noisy neighbourhood dog, who gave voice late into the night and early in the morning. Luckily, we had already been awakened by the builders.|The good build quality of the doors and shower rooms was offset by sound transfer between rooms.|The breakfast buffet was placed on individual tables, a nice touch. |But you can't make good tea with a flask of hot, rather than boiling, water.|Some good decorative touches and an excellent, private car park.|Location very handy for the mediaeval Trencin castle, which is well worth a visit.|However, we value an unbroken night's sleep, so, for the stated reasons will not return...

Although the staff is not really familiar with English the place is nice and clean at a very affordable price...the owner is very polite and...patience. unfortunately is not really close to the city center but, the town is small and it won't...

good quiet location in trencin, breakfast ok. interior is basic local style. Rooms are small nd old furniture, tvs are old. Showers should be renovated and also by more clean. not good...
