Apart from the fact that everything was old (the room was not among the renovated ones), nothing was broken and everything functioned well. The bed was brand new, the drawers clean, the balcony spacious enough (for two) and the view was amazing (5th floor)! Service was excellent: staff was helpful in every aspect and very pleasant. Breakfast was nice, nothing to object. Whoever wants only coffee and croissants - there is a great coffee shop next to the hotel! Radovljica has a lot to offer: colorful small town centre rich with history and with several places to eat/have a drink/chill out. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from it. On the other side - a urban district with nicely arranged (exhibition) square, several pubs/fast-foods and 2 medium shopping malls, very well organized, everything completely covered by bike lanes and with e-bike rent point. Bled is under 10km away, also covered by bike infrastructure. After renovation, this hotel is going to become a more expensive place, and with a good reason!...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The first day we came it all was ok. The 24/7 reception servise was also ok. But.. We also had breakfast for 6 € per person and it was very poor. There was no fruit, cheap salty cheese, not very tasty ham. Another problem I find is with cleaning servise. After the first night our room was cleaned up just a bit. The bed was left as we left it (we tried to made it but just a bit). After second night our three rooms weren't cleaned at all. Beds weren't made proparly again, some of them at all and they took our stuff off the bed and gave it at the desk - i wouldnt say anything if the bed was made properly but they were made as some 6yo kid made them. I think when I pay for accommodation I dont have to take care of...

A casual, nice hotel. Nothing too special, nothing dissapoing either. The rooms were great and so were the shower ammenities. We had a small balcony which was great. We arrived friday evening and starting 17:00 and over the weekend, the parking is free so that was great! They do have massage options anf jacuzzi, but the massage lady is off during weekends, so keep that in mind! However the hotel is literally 2 min walk away from the city center where you can find amazing restaurant. Definitely a good option if you’re...

The shabbiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was mould in the bathroom, the threadbare carpet was grubby and stained - beyond cleaning, the balcony was crumbling with shabby furniture - not shabby chic!! The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly and the town very pretty and worth a visit.
