The posted hours are inconsistent—Google listed 9:00 AM, but the sign outside stated 11:00 AM. When we arrived, the staff ignored us and we were pretty confused with where to go. We checked out the "museum" quickly in the basement and then selected a few cookies. Unaware of the prices, we were shocked when the total came to €60 (€15 per cookie). After we politely explained our misunderstanding at the register and asked to just purchase one cookie for our daughter, the staff rudely insisted the transaction could not be canceled. We did not open any of the cookies. When we left, another couple was trying to come in and the staff turned them away saying they were still closed (it was after 11:00 AM).

As for the museum itself, it was very underwhelming. The exhibit was small, poorly organized, and lacked any information about the history of gingerbread. I would not recommend including this as part of an itinerary in Bled, even on a rainy day.
