At the end of picturesque and cosy medieval town of Radovljica stands a charming private museum, housed in old nun convent, which is full of nice energy by itself, and also nicely cold in the heat of the summer. If you follow your nose, you will find it, attractive scents of herbs and spices are lingering over whole street. Inside you will find a collection of stories and different material related to alchemy and old pharmacy, from Europe and from around the world, most impressive for me were the mortars. You can also play a trivia game, which takes quite some thinking, finding and connecting, nice game to play with your kids. And if you put enough effort in, you will get a diploma. The atmosphere is really nice. The owner/curator is such a charming person. Definitely visit it, if you are in the town, there is free parking and amazing ice cream nearby.
