Certain races are given special treatment. All the rooms need to have fridges, microwave and 2 keys if the rooms are for sharing and gate keyremote. Visitors need to have access where they can get water to drink can't be drinking water from the bathroom as they are not allowed to go to the kitchen. They have ridiculous rules eg. Like no eating snacks in your rooms. They need to provide a place where visitors can do their own laundry, either a laundry machine or a laundry line. They state that they have free wifi when you in your room you can't access the internet because it doesn't work and the rooms where you can access wifi are given to certain races, saw this though observation. It a really nice place but it just the way they treat clients which they should considerr changing, we are all paying...

We chose Lala Dene for our first overnight stop on our way from Johannesburg to the southern coast. The whole place had a very modern feel to it.||We found the room very adequate for our needs, no tripping over suitcases and very quiet, with a comfortable bed. There was a fridge in our room which we found very handy.||The breakfast was very good; it filled us up for the day. ||We found the owner and the rest of the staff to be very friendly and helpful.||||We walked to and from a local restaurant on the evening of our arrival and certainly didn't see the area as 'a wee bit dodgy.' Maybe the torrential downpour that soaked us on the way back kept people off the streets. ||The restaurant is 'Avanti' which I will review separately.||We would be very happy to stay at...
