Our stay at Four Rosmead was one of the highlights of our time in Cape Town. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely cared for—not just as guests, but as people they were rooting for to have the best possible trip. Each morning at breakfast, someone would check in to help with dinner plans or activity ideas, making the experience feel curated just for us.||||When our luggage was lost (and didn’t arrive until our final night!), the Four Rosmead staff coordinated with our travel company and stayed on top of updates for us. Their support turned a frustrating situation into something we felt we weren’t facing alone.||||A moment I’ll never forget: my 80-year-old mother-in-law wanted to visit Table Mountain, and one of the staff members personally lent her their walking sticks to make it easier. That simple act of kindness ensured she could comfortably take in the views and created a memory we’ll cherish forever.||||The rooms are spacious, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable—especially the high ceilings and charming balconies. A truly incredible place to stay in Cape Town with impeccable service and a beautiful property to match! Immediately when we booked our stay, we were contacted by the staff to arrange arrival times and help with booking activities for our time in Cape Town. They provided a lovely guide to some activities on the Cape which really helped us out. When we arrived after 11PM, we were greeted by the night manager who insisted to help carry our luggage and showed us to our room and briefly explained the features before leaving us for the night. Then, each morning the staff met us at breakfast and chatted to see how our previous day was and to help arrange everything for the coming day including booking tours, ordering cars, and making dinner reservations. They really took care of everything and did so with the utmost friendliness and professionalism! The property is beautiful and with only 12 room, it feels intimate and cozy. The rooms are beautiful with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel including beautiful air-conditioning. We stayed here two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Jade and Nadine were so helpful and gave us great advice (and a map) for our self drive and getting around town. The breakfast is excellent. The location is nice and quiet. It’s very easy to get an Uber and also easy to get to Table Mountain or head to the peninsula without getting i to the city traffic.

The room comes with a beach bag, two towels and a frisbee to take along on your day trips if you want. It was very nice.
