NEVER USE OPULENT TOURS & TRAVEL.

I can't begin to explain how bad this company is! I am the owner of a Global Tour operator and we booked with them an awesome Honeymoon for our 2 clients. During the trip, the clients couldn't stop complaining that Opulent had booked the wrong hotels, that the guides where bad, and that they had ruined their holidays. We had never had this type of experience with a "reliable" African provider.

The WORST thing happened on the last 6 days of the trip, as the clients contacted us because Opulent Tours and Travel had failed to pay for the Hotel and services that included a helicopter ride to get to the lodge in Botswana, and it was around $4200 USD. We had to talk to the people at the lodge, beg them to book them, and we had to pay for the service, even though we had already paid Opulent for this. We have been asking Opulent to pay us back since, and they said they would pay back quickly, and promise to pay and then they don't.
