I stayed at Jax Place for six months in 2018 after staying in several other places in the city. I felt peace of mind always, no issues at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my needs; the place is furnished with amenities for anything you might need and it is very affordable, so the price is great for the benefits you get. It was always well maintained, my room was always kept clean, there were no issues with any of the neighbors, all services worked always. Located in Edenvale it is far from the traffic spots and conveniently located between the airport and Sandton, so it is a short drive away from my main destinations. There was always parking available inside. Management is very professional, ready to attend the needs of the guests and also experienced in managing these type of properties. Jax Place was our home for just over 3 months. It was clean and tiny, with all the amenities that we needed, while waiting for our emigration departure date. There was enough space to sort out our last bits and pieces, and my hubby and I were able to "work from home" a couple days a week too, with the use of Jax WiFi. We were able to have our kids over for family braai nights in the communal area and enjoy final moments together. The staff were all brilliant - happy, friendly and always willing to accommodate. Close to shops, central highways and takeaway spots for our nights off.

I had the pleasure of staying at this guest house for 6 months during my time in South Africa, traveling from India. It truly felt like a home away from home.
