Ordered and paid online for a tramezzini (R100), at the time it is supposed to have been delivered I get the call that there are no tramezzini's in stock and they want to use a wrap instead. A tramezzini swop for a wrap for R100 paid? They are not the same price. Wanted a refund, she does not know if it can be cancelled and I should check online. Checked online, it cannot. Why advertise it on your menu if you do not stock it? And then won't refund on top of it all? I won't be ordering from here again.
Update: Placed order at 12:51, it's now 14:44...no delivery.
Update: Received, the bacon is missing! Paid R100 for a measly chicken mayo cheese wrap eaten in 4 bites!...
Read moreI ordered food at 10:20 eventually called at 12:08 to find out what's happening, the lady said she will find out where the driver is and call me back in 5mins.... she never called back I tried to phone them 6 times....no answer, I take it she can see my number and ignored it, because I then phoned from my landline and boom she answered immediately ???with no answers of our food of course 😐 food finally arrive here at 12:50..... 2 and a half hours later for 2 sandwichs.....absolutely ridiculous! And food was cold and soggy...im extremely disappointed 😐i really hope the other branches are better!!!!

Read moreI placed a lunch order for my office at 11:50. I called back at 12:50 to find out where the food was and was told that it would be here in 10 minutes. At 13:30 I called back again and was told to wait 10 more minutes. At 14:05 the order finally arrived and was cold and soggy. The driver said he ran out of petrol on the route (our offices are a 7 minute drive from them). The order was also short delivered. We did not get 2 items on the order, and were told they would deliver this quickly - they arent sure what happened with the order. This only arrived an hour and a half later.
