Steers Festival Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

If you are looking for a quick good burger - don't come here. I normally say all Steers are the same but this one is bad. To start with the staff are unfriendly. We initially wanted to order 2 rib burgers - one for me and one for my wife. We were told we can't order more than one because they are worried about stock. We decided to let this slide and ordered a bacon Steers king burger and a rib burger. We waited 38 minutes to receive cold food that tasted like it had bee pre prepared the day before. I bought chicken burger asked for hot source but first cashier didn’t advise how hot the source is. 😒.Until a lady named Basetsana Mokoena who came to serve me my meal pointed that the source is an extremely hot and if I will be able to eat it. I must say she has the best customer service, sense of humour with a friendly smile😃, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have enjoyed my meal. She was more than happy to correct the source on my chicken burger and made sure I enjoyed my meal. Big ups to Basetsana 🥰that’s what I call great...

I walked in there had to wait for 5 minutes to be helped even though there was no one else at the counter. When my food was given to me I had to ask for my change. The manager Jabu was so irritable I felt as if I did something wrong by asking for my money. To top it all my food order was wrong. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my slip and eventually left without it. What happened to customer service is the money the owners make more important than the way their customersare treated? It's your customers that's building...
