Goba B&B — Hotel in Gauteng

IT IS A MUST AVOID PLACE!!! 😢 😰 💔

I booked for two people (who were coming for the first time in South Africa). I needed a big room with a bathroom 🛀 included. I agreed with the man of the house to use the big room without bath and the bathroom from the next room! Then I asked him if I also could come, have supper and stay for a while with my friends and he was ok with that. I also asked if we could use some music if that is ok for them. He said: "As long as you don't play it after 12:00 Am it is ok! He was indeed very kind with me and tried to accommodate us as best as he could. For this I am grateful to him! Until here everything went smoothly! But wen my guests arrived around 9:30 Pm (as we informed them), trying to relax and have a shower🚿 at 10pm I got a call from the guesthouse, that they have to turn off the lights and I is supposed to leave the place and my guests is supposed to sleep as they are tired 😴💤 😊 not to use music 🎶 any more!!! 😢 😰 💔 I tried to negotiate with them to stay at least another half hour! We agreed on that! Then the wife (of the house) came in our room shouting before 10:30 Pm without asking if she could come in... Someone was coming out of the shower 🚿 not even dressed properly and had to face her giving orders that we is supposed to be already sleeping by this time ...! 😢😭🤣 We didn't know if we should cry or lough at this point of time! 🤔😢😭😅😂 I COULDN’T UNDERSTAND WHY are they doing this! Nevertheless, I left the house as I didn't have any intention to fight with anyone and spoil the evening of my friends!

THE NEXT DAY My friends started writing to me earlier in the morning saying 'When are you coming? Please come as soon as possible...! I thought they are missing me! 😊 But that was not the case...! They couldn't stay anymore there! The night before the housewife went again to their room and send them outside to another room! 😢😩💔 Because they were talking to each other! Yohhh! Lord have mercy!! 💘😭

I try to believe that they had good intentions especially if they were working with PRESCHOOL KIDS! But regarding a guest house for adults.... NOOO! That is way too much and beyond imagination!🥵🥶😱 This house should be closed 🔐 forever if there is justice ⚖ anywhere! 🤮🙊🙉🙈💔

Rude staff. The owner is nice. He makes sure all our needs is catered for. The staff is always ready for a fight at any levels. Asking something from you you've to make a short prayer before. You don't even know how to address them. Something needs to be done. The building needs a lot of fixing.
