●I recently visited this establishment, and my experience was a mixed bag. The service was truly amazing, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was also fantastic, with a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home.

However, the food was a different story. Some dishes were absolute winners, while others fell flat. Here's a breakdown:

●Nachos: Unfortunately, the nachos were a letdown. They were soggy, lacking flavor, and just plain horrible,the cheese on it tasted like a powdered cheese,bacon was crispy and would probably be the only nice thing on it.

●Apple Crumble: On the other hand, the apple crumble was divine! The perfect balance of sweet and tart, with a crunchy topping that added texture.

●Oreo Ice Cream Dessert: This was another highlight - creamy, rich, and indulgent, with a lovely Oreo crunch.

●Deep-Fried Prawns: Sadly, these were bland and unimpressive, lacking any real flavor or seasoning.

●Brisket Sandwich: The brisket sandwich was a disappointment, with cold, bland meat that lacked any real depth of flavor,brisket was not tender at all either as it should be.

●Beef cheese Burger: Thankfully, the beef burger was a winner! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

●The milkshakes are really delicous as well.

I visited Texan Wing Bar, Gold Reef City on Mother's Day with my family and I was completely dissatisfied with the manager. The service we received from our waitress was good however I cannot say the same about the manager. Upon receiving my bill, I noticed that I was being charged the same amount as a 330ml Coke Zero can when what I only received a 200ml. I brought it up with the Waitress and asked for the Manager to get clarity on the matter instead of the Manager coming to our table to address the issue, she sent back the Waitress to come and settle it. For an esteemed brand, I am highly disappointed in how everything was handled, that is fraud, money is being taken from customers. I came to Texan with my partner just recently, we heard there was another one in Montecasino but thought to try this one instead. When we got there the waitresses gave us a warm welcome,then we ordered our meals and drinks and enjoyed our casual banter but when the manager passed our table, the first thing we caught sight of was her massive blue,swollen eye. What I didn't understand was why the establishment did not tell her to take leave or stay home to heal her bruises because we saw how other customers eating there as well were staring at her.
