Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Gauteng

On 13th December 2018 i received a voucher via SMS upon trying to redeem at the GLEN store there was an error and voucher wouldn’t redeem.

The manager on duty (male forgot his name) failed to assist further as “head office” had closed for the day. This was so disappointing as I was planning to take those donuts on my flight. Manager @the glen promised to make contact and rectify the issue which he never did!!

On 12 February 2019 I ended up emailing head office myself to rectify the issue (clearly the GLEN weren’t going to fix this for me). I must say there was a turnaround of service, the manager at Headoffice named JASON CAWOOD assisted me and within 10 hours my voucher was re-issued — a working voucher!!!

I always enjoy a good cup of coffee every morning. I always have a positive experience at all the Krispy Kreme places that I have visited, but the one at the glen shopping centre is honestly the most inconsistent. Some days my Cuppucino is good, while others, it's watery and has no foam in it, 90% of the time, I don't even get my complimentary glazed donut, and I scan my app every morning around 8am when I order. It is quite clear that some of the staff are well trained while others don't actually pay attention to how they give customers service. Hi was there in Sunday , not happy at All the way the staff were. They weren't friendly at all instead its like they doing you a favor. Wen its time to pay the lady said u may give us a tip if u want while im abwt to pay by card. I selected 10% tip . Not even a thank you or anything just you can go next to collect your order.
