She is such a kind and caring person who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. Every day, she personally took the time to guide us to the places we wanted to visit, including breathtaking viewpoints we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Unfortunately not to be recommended by us. We did not expect a hotel standard but this is not a good standard even for a guesthouse. The furniture is already well worn. There was a lot of hair in the bed. The towels also had some and they had dirty spots. One of our windows could not be closed properly, so we had to stuff it with something. Otherwise it would have become too cold and windy in the room. But again there was at least one electric blanket. The breakfast was all right. The staff are nice and friendly and very helpful. What can I say it was a bargain deal and I had a wonderful time. Such friendly owner and staff, the service was awesome but unobtrusive and it really made my stay in plett wonderful.
