KAUAI Virgin Active Berea Overport — Restaurant in Essenwood

Staff are extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Tried using a voucher to redeem a meal and drink and I was told by staff that it's not working, I was told maybe it's expired. I tried showing them that it was well before the expiry date but they wouldn't even acknowledge me. No suggestions to help to fix the issue and made me feel like I was bothering them. I came back after 30 minutes and the same voucher worked but now it was as if they were unhappy to serve me. I literally watched them prepare my meal out of fear that my meal would be a special order. I gym at the virgin active where your shop is located but will probably never visit your store again. A smile when greeting customers and an offer to help does not cost anything. Very disappointed for the owner to have staff that are unhappy to work, ultimately chasing potential business away. Staff members names were Lisa and the other lady who claimed to be a manager did not have...

Absolutely disappointed in the service, not sure if it's an ethnicity thing but I see preferably certain people get their order served to them. after an uplifting workout only to be brought on disappointment.

I went to kauai for a Gem. Recieved it took one sip on my way out and it tasted terrible. Took it back to have another made. Recieved that one and it tasted as bad as the 1st. Just left the Gem...
