We had my son’s bday supper here, firstly I had requested for a reservation 3 days in advance and I was told, it will be 1st come 1st serve due to holiday season, which was fine until I got to the restaurant and there was reserved tables already for other ppl. We were a big group of ppl and they had squashed us on one side. I would have rather preferred that they told me upfront they could not accommodate such a big group. Food was great, everyone enjoyed the food but service levels need to improve drastically. We had to keep following up on our drinks which was ridiculous as some Of our guests had already finished their meal and still didn’t receive their drinks and then when we were cutting the cake, no extra side plates or spoons were given. We had to ask twice for glasses. Our table was dirty and when asked for it to be clean, the waitress literally cleaned the one half of the table and left the dirty place mats on the table. The whole place just didn’t have a welcoming feel to it. A lot of improvement especially in cleanliness and...
Read moreA nice restaurant with welcoming and friendly staff.
Everything is elegant and lovely.
The restaurant has a nice section parking and is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, although it's close to a mall.
The food was delicious and prepared within a fairly good time without much delay.
The restaurant includes a play area with a dedicated staff member taking care of your kids. A ball pit, slides, coloring, etc, all in one cozy play area... and guess what??? It's absolutely free of charge!!!
The restaurant also serves for Purdah facilities and was modestly busy in the weekday evening.
The restaurant also includes Salaah facilities upstairs with a wudhu area within the facilities.
The toilets are clean and tidy. Female toilets include a diaper changing unit as well.
Ultimately, the restaurant's meticulous design caters impeccably to the needs of both locals and tourists, providing a welcoming and refined dining...
Read moreVisited the establishment on the 25th for my birthday lunch. The restaurant is situated on the second floor. So not very accessible to the elderly and those wheelchair bound. Unsure if there is a lift on the premises. The restaurant was busy and also had limited parking however you could reserve a table in advance for a larger crowd before arrival. The food was average... We ordered the prawn starter, and the fire& ice wings. They were both good. For mains we had the full chicken (half peri Peri, half tikka). The peri peri was better than the tikka basting. We also ordered a lamb burger which was delicious and a prawn and chicken pasta. Like the prawn starter it had the same flavour profile. (Lacked garlic and chilli) The drinks were great the had the watermelons jug and milkshakes. The ferraro roacher milkshake was divine. Together with the above we also had two kids meals. The bill came to 1000 rand. Overall...
