Jibida Urban Inn — Hotel in Seoul

🚩This hotel may be good for one night to stay but I felt unsafe there and would say to book with caution. The hotel is in a convenient spot for transport however is in a dodgy alleyway filled with cigarette butts. There is no staff to check in with, only a passcode for the hotel door and rooms, some are the passcodes are just the same number repeated so is very easy to guess and you question the security of your room. The room itself is very small, you can't put your belongings anywhere except back into your bag. They also don't clean under the bed, there was a lot of dust and dirt. The bathroom is also tiny, you can't move much and a bit mouldy however towels and shampoo/shower gel/ soap is provided. There is a free water machine in the lobby/hallway which is nice and you help yourself to towels and toilet paper. However one night I opened the towel cupboard and a craft knife/box cutter fell out. Whether it was the hotels' or not it felt unsafe to leave it for anyone to use. That same night we came back to find one of the door to our rooms wide open. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable we booked...

🚩🚩🚩🚩DO NOT STAY HERE 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Upon arrival there was no hotel staff to help you check in, the passcodes for the hotel rooms were the same as the code to enter the hotel. The hotel itself was so unhygienic and small with no room to place your stuff. The bed was plastic and completely hard, I have had better nights sleep on the ground. When turning on the tap in the bathroom a bunch of flies flew out of it 🤢. The room and bathroom is covered in mould. There was a craft night in the public towel cupboard. When I returned to my room later in the day my room was wide open for anyone to walk into it. The room was also not cleaned. The hotel itself was in an alleyway covered in rubbish. The bins in the hotels hall were overflowing and not emptied all the time I was there. The hotel was so bad I had to leave and book another one. Do yourself a favour and dont book this hotel.
