Four of us spent three nights in a four person dorm. Small, two sets of bunk beds, but perfect for getting a sleep and having a base to explore Suwon. Hostel staff were perfectly friendly. Plenty of amenities to use, such as hairdryers, straighteners, shower/beauty products, kitchen, fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, computer etc. ||||Great location, right in the centre of the old town, a stone's throw from the fort and the palace. A 30minute walk from Suwon station, and about a 20minute walk to the downtown area of bars and restaurants. The mural villages are also walking distance away. It's across the road from Chicken Alley too. So plenty of chicken and beer to be consumed in the vicinity. Read moreA pretty decent hostel in central Suwon. It's not too difficult to find if you follow the directions in the Lonely Planet. If you don't have one, take a bus to Paldalmun, then walk along the main road north (five minutes) until you see a small 7-Eleven on the right side. There is a bakery exactly opposite on the left side, turn left at that corner and the hostel is in the building behind.||||The hostel is clean and spacious and I had a large room. No breakfast was provided, but the wifi was good. The manager was only around in the afternoon and spoke reasonable English. A good...
