Avoid these property like the plague! I stayed here last week, they gave me a room with broken toilet which flooded twice in one day. They claimed to have fixed it, but in the end we were awaken at 5am!!! to move to a different room which wasn't even ready. I booked through Booking.com which of course did nothing about it. The staff were very rude and blamed it on us. On top of all of that they denied that we have ever stayed there and removed our reservation as afraid that we might leave a bad review. Please do avoid this property. They will not refund us and they are lying in our face stating that we never stayed there. It is unbelievable and shocking. Broken toilet, window that cannot br closed, flooded bathroom, waking up at 5am and being shouted on then moved to a filthy other room. The worst vacation night ever. A...

Achtung ⚠️ Wie man dieser Unterkunft mehr als einen Punkt geben kann ist mir unverständlich. Wer mehr wissen will, muss sich leider meinen langen Text durchlesen. Wobei die Fotos auch sehr aussagekräftig sind.

Ich musste auf dem Boden schlafen, weil die Betten eine Zumutung waren. Ich habe am dritten Tag solche Schmerzen gehabt, sodass ich die letzten Tage mit Schmerzmittel durch Barcelona gegangen bin. Das Bad war ranzig, Schimmel und feuchte Flecken überall. Keine Ablage Möglichkeit und wir haben jeder nur eine großes Handtuch bekommen und am Waschbecken keins. Die Handtücher konnte man nirgends hinhängen, sodass sie immer leicht feucht waren. Die Wände des Zimmers hatte überall Flecken. Die Tür musste mit einem Laken geschlossen werden, da sie ständig polterte. Im Zimmer gab es laute Ventilatoren und dennoch war es tierisch heiß dort drin, obwohl es draußen angenehm war. Die Fenster konnten wir (natürlich, das wussten wir) nicht offen lassen, weil das Zimmer auf die Rambla ging. Obwohl ich versuchet habe mit dem Personal zu sprechen, gab es keine Möglichkeit irgendetwas an der Situation zu ändern. Sie sind uns nicht entgegen gekommen. Es ist wirklich schade, wenn so etwas einen bitteren Beigeschmack, dem einzigen Urlaub im Jahr, gibt. Und als letzter Hinweis: achtet auf die versteckten Hinweise. Ich musste vor Ort 310,00 Euro drauf zahlen. Angeblich für ein extra Bett 210,00 (in einem vier Bett Zimmer) und 100,00 für das eckige Bad, denn sonst hätten wir uns so ein Bad auch noch teilen müssen. Erklärung: wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer für 3 mit geteiltem Bad reserviert und bezahlt. Man sagte mir dann, ich müsse für das extra Bett vor Ort 210,00 Euro zahlen. Zunächst dachte ich, es wäre ein Missverständnis. Vor Ort musste ich es zahlen. Ich fragte ob sie auch ein Zimmer mit Bad hätten, sie sagte ja, aber dann müsse ich weitere 100,00 zahlen. Sie gaben uns dann das Vierbettzimmer (also keine extra Bett nötig). Ich sprach Sie darauf an, aber Sie sagte ich müsse es ja nicht nehmen. Ich könne ja das Zweibettzimmer nehmen. Ich habe mir unsere Alternative angesehen und die sah schlimmer aus. Somit habe ich in den sauren Apfel gebissen und es dabei belassen. Mein Geld hätte ich nie zurück bekommen und bei nur einer Woche, wollte ich mich nicht auf die Suche nach einem anderen...
