Before we arrive my friend email the hotel because we was arriving late asked as we was half board would they be able to organise us some food on arrival or leave a sandwich in the room the reply was no we don't have that service which wasn't too much of a problem. But on arrival we was told that we would be eating at the restaurant across the road for our half board meals which wasn't too much of a problem so we thought. So first thing in the morning we went over for breakfast which was served as buffet style a good selection of meats, cheese, yogurts, cereal, cakes, nuts, and a cooked breakfast bacon sausage scrambled eggs and also fried eggs. Coffee tea and juices to drink. On our second day they had new drinks machines but these kepted breaking down so the lady was running in and out to try and keep everyone satisfied. The evening meal was a let down we had to pick off a menu no buffet style for this which consisted of only 6 starters and 6 main courses. The food was cooked lovely. But portions wasn't very good we got basic food and no side salad or vegetables. On the mains we could only pick four of them my Friend doesn't like paella and they would only cook it for two people as in most places but this didn't leave us with much option with being there for seven nights stay. What was more frustrating was the feeling of being treated like a second class citizen when ordering our meals with other paying customers in at the same time. Staff seem to think it funny when we was ordering our food to just be able to have these few choices. It could of been a delightful experience but it spoilt the whole experience hope this helps others thinking of booking. It was also a noisy at night with being so close to the adjoining hotel who decided to empty the bottle bin after 12pm every night

IMPORTANT!!!!! MOULD, DIRT, RUDE STAFF If you are going to take any advice today and are considering booking this hotel then please let it be this. When we arrived at the hotel and went into our room a very noticeable foyering smell greeted us, along side dirty bedsheets and broken air conditioning in 32 degrees heat. We went down to reception to express our concerns and was greeted by a man who seemed like he had somewhere else better to be, the receptionist told us to make sure that we had the windows and doors shut and when explained to him that we did, the most we received back was a huff, not once did they offer to come and check the aircon or help! We was told to go and find the housekeeper ourselves for some bedding for us to change the dirty bedsheets we was welcomed with! When we went back to the room to establish whether we even wanted to stay in the hotel after such a terrible start, we discovered mould behind the curtains and dirt all the way along the edge of the walls& skirting boards (I will attach pictures), we then returned back to reception to express our concerns and was told ‘the cleaner can wipe it down tomorrow’ we refused this and was offered a different room, we asked to look at the room before accepting the change of rooms and was yet again mould behind the curtains and dirty room. The hotel is beyond dirty and is a genuine health concern! We then left the hotel as they was no solution and the man that was on reception had disappeared and left us with a worker, who could at most say sorry (understandably as she is a worker and it’s not her fault) this resulted in us having to find and pay for new accommodation and wasted a whole day of our first holiday- not the best start to a relaxing break. Please avoid at all costs!

Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was tasty and sufficient with both warm and cold sections. Fresh fruit and vegetables were also there, muesli, freshly baked sweet pasteries, coffee/tea... They mixed it up every few days and brought out something different so that everyone could find things they like. The hotel itself is a bit older and perhaps ripe for a renovation with better sound insulation but the rooms are functional and clean. One can see they try hard to keep everything well maintained and in check. Nice cleaning lady came every day, brought new clean towels, wiped the floor and emptied the trash bin. Everything was always spotless and smelled fresh when we came back from the beach. The room safe came in handy and was free of charge. Wifi signal was strong in our room. Can't say anything about the TV since we didn't even turn it on once during our stay. Air con was weak but we didn't really need it since the weather was perfect and the nights were cool enough to sleep nicely without it. Balcony with a little sea view was also a plus. The only downside, maybe for some, would be the lack of a refrigerator but it wasn't that big of a problem for us since there is a supermarket close by. Again can't really say much about the pool since we didn't use it but it did seem inviting and wasn't very crowded, at least not in early October. All in all we had a really good time here and would gladly come back again.

Good - the hotel is near the strip so ideal shops near by and restaurants Bad- beds are uncomfortable and thetwin beds had been put togther and we requested a double on our stay, asked to get more sunbeds out as there wasn’t many near the pool and got told no but there was plenty up on top of the hotel staff didn’t smile or speak English, had to pay a tourist tax as it was the first time I’ve heard you had to pay for it, said on their policies you can request a late check out and when I’ve asked it was very rude on the reply I got, my balcony when I go out I don’t see a view expect another hotel and the bins, we even had to put are drinks in the bath and fill it up with cold water as it doesn’t provide for a fridge and should provide on during the hot summer weather, when showering as well the water goes everywhere and leaves the floor soaking with water and having to use our clean towels to soak up the water from the floor and when even running bath the plug doesn’t even work and just empty as you finished running the bath. There was only 4 umbrellas in the pool area which isn’t enough for people and couldn’t get any shade at all. Even the menu is very overpriced and it just standard hotel food you can get. Also when going to the pool you not able to get a sun lounger due to people that do not stay at the hotel just stroll in and use the hotel facilities when you get people who actually pay money to be away and don’t even get to use the facilities. For breakfast was pretty standard but not much to pick from as it was the same stuff everyday and I got sick of it by day 3, the hot plates for breakfast only had the same 5 options everyday. On my second last day I requested a late checkout due to my flight was a late one and so I can get freshen up and that instead of sweating from the heat as it was 40 degrees, when I asked for a late check out it was a very rude reply and shouted NO at me and telling me they were fully booked but fair enough of being fully booked but there is a way of speaking to people and that not how to speak to me. When walking in the the hotel there is no air conditioning which we had to sit for 6 hours with our cases due to not having a room for our cases and we were sweating and disgusting for...

Disappointment is the only word I can use to describe my experience in this hotel... Sadly, after reading all of the 'good' reviews we decided to go for this hotel ( now I know that positive reviews came from those people, who left their towels on the loungers at 4-5am and never appeared till late afternoon, making others unable to use them ans the pool as well 😡, whilst hotel staff did NOTHING about it). We did not manage to even once in 10 days to use the pool as it was full of drunk people and no loungers available as guests left their towels and disappeared! Anyways... We arrived and the first impression was confusing, the standard of the room was much lower than supplied on the offer photos by the hotel. The walls seemed like the basement corridor, old style, everything yellow from aging... the towels were nowhere near standard, old and yellow... limited toilet roll regardless of the need and the number of guests per each room. Other guests seemed frustrated about the service too. The hotel applies the night time silence policy, which they never ensure their guests follow! The noise that we experienced during the night by drunk, ignorant and rude people was unbelievable.. the staff said there is nothing they can do about it, seriously?! We paid as much as others, so why would we not be able to rest and enjoy our holiday, but suffer instead? Every single night the noise was shocking, we never slept till 5am every night, which made us exhausted in the morning, so we had to go for the breakfast a bit later. And here comes another issue, tables were left uncleaned with nowhere for us to sit, no bread/rolls available, remainings of ham and no cheese left... Limited options too, all about 'english breakfast' but not actual variety of food. For the price we paid it wasn't worth it. Only two reception staff were actually welcoming, when asked other staff in the dining room for a sugar, bread etc they appeared unhappy. I would...

Let me save you some pain, we booked here for 9 nights.

The room doesn't have a mini fridge, at 25-30C+ you could really use one.

If you are a light sleeper, good luck having a good nights sleep:

Walls are super thin, you can hear people's conversations at a normal tone. The windows aren't of a good quality, so all the noise comes through (we were facing the road front side of the hotel, so that didn't help with noise)

The bathroom has NO ventilation or extraction of any kind. Also, there is no drain in the bathroom, and having a cheap shower curtain doesn't help, as you'll quickly come to realise you just created a "swimming pool" on the floor.

We asked for the bedsheets to be changed, only to be told that they are changed once every 4 days. Now, in all fairness after a bit of back and forth, they did change them.

The breakfast was shockingly bad, and I don't use the word shockingly often. We only went once for breakfast after that we ate somewhere else.

Not a standard, but you usually have a kettle/coffee and some complementary water, not here though, nothing of sort.

To top this all, the freaking light switch is in the middle of the FREAKING bed on the wall, basically under your pillow, you move at night, turn your pillow and what not, and the light comes on, next to the light switch, is also one of your sockets (one of two in the room, so good luck having something charging overnight🙄).

You only get one key card to the door, so if you want another one you have to pay €5 deposit (you will get it back), but nevertheless pretty messed up that you get 1 key for 2 people.

To get beach towels, we had to pay €5/towel (once off non refundable) + a €10 refundable deposit.

On the plus side:

A really nice beach is like 5 mins walk away, and a lot of nice restaurants we tried had good food indeed.

The safe is free to use.

Air-conditioning little loud, but works...
