We visited this restaurant as a group of family and friends — 5 adults and a child — and while the location is undeniably beautiful, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
The setting is lovely, with a gorgeous sunset view and tasteful decor that adds to the ambiance. However, the service left much to be desired. We were attended to by at least three different staff members — one took our drink orders, another came for the food, and a third… well, we’re still not sure what their role was 😅. The whole process felt disorganized and lacked coordination.
What was particularly frustrating was the wait time: it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. Meanwhile, we couldn’t help but notice the table next to us — occupied by a group of very glamorous ladies — being served almost instantly.
When the food finally came, it was actually quite good, and the portions were huge, which we appreciated. That said, the overall vibe felt a bit too tourist-oriented. The slow service seemed strategically designed to keep us ordering drinks, and they were oddly pushy about desserts, even though we were clearly full.
And ironically — when it came time to get the bill, that part was very fast! Suddenly, we were rushed to leave, which left a bit of a sour note at the end of the evening.
In summary: the place has real potential thanks to its location and food quality, but it’s let down by poor service and questionable management choices. Worth a visit for the view, but go in with patience — and don’t linger too long after...
Read moreMaybe I put my expectations too high with such a beautiful setting. Firstly we waited forever for our drinks then forever to order our food olives and bread came out fairly quickly then 3 tables that came in after us got there food and had finished and still no paella. Not to worry at least it must have been freshly cooked waited a bit more and finally had to give in and ask where it was. Miraculously it came straight out looking worse for wear. The muscles were cooked to a string in a shell the crab leg meat was bone dry and we were unable to extract. The prawns weathered better and were still juicy. The rice was light brown and resembled the flavour of yuk sung. Not sure we're the saffron had hidden itself. We told the waier that we had not enjoyed at all and didn't even get an apology. We paid tge bill with no tip and I begrudged paying full price for the food. Worse paella we've ever had. Wish there was an option...

Unbelievably rude staff! We were a party of 6 we tried to reserve a table in the afternoon but was told we couldn't, We turned up to an almost empty restaurant.. Ages after we arrived, finally a waiter sauntered over, we all ordered 6 cocktails, he instantly wanted us to order food, it was still early so we said later. 10 minutes later he aggressively he came back to our table, we wanted to order 6 more cocktails and said we would then order food. We were rudely told the table was reserved (which was weird as we couldn't reserve a table earlier)...The place was still half empty We were then nastily told If we didn't order food instantly we would have to move. We declined and left The staff were INCREDIBLY RUDE, we could understand if they were busy and people were queuing for tables but nobody was as it was out of season We felt harassed, bullied...
