Tourist trap. Definitely the position, the view and so is outstanding, so you may wanna have your dinner here. That's what we thought as well, however a very noisy environment with local shouting, making it harder to even enjoy what you may see here.

Sangria! Typical from Spain, you get charged 23€ to see a bottled one being served in a glass with some fruit and ice (was it too hard to make it worth the price?). Definitely disappointing.

Food isn't that bad at least, but not worth the price. The service is definitely amateurs and left behind (disorganised, lost and at some point even rude. you come for something else, anyway!).

Still what you may think can't be worse, get there any time soon: you try to light up your mood with a dessert and you go for a typical dessert from Maiorca with local gelato, you may think "why not!". Here you have a packed ice cream with still the foil on. Fun, but at this point I would have bought it in a local shop for a different price.

Go for the picture, definitely, but you can find them anywhere else. With a proper sangria and better food for the same price. I hope I will save someone else from the same...

Habíamos ido en varias ocasiones y nos gustaba no solo por la localización, si no por la relación calidad-precio y el servicio. Pero nuestra última visita dejó mucho que desear. No sé ni por donde empezar, una lástima de local.

Habíamos reservado para dos y nada más llegar al local vimos que no había nadie. Preguntamos por nuestra mesa (solo había dos mesas montadas para dos comensales) y ninguna de las tres personas del servicio sabía ubicar cual era la nuestra. Nos llevaron a una al azar y antes de sentarnos (nos estábamos quitando las chaquetas) nos preguntaron si ya sabíamos qué queríamos comer. Nos pareció raro pero no le dimos importancia, pedimos la carta y la bebida. Y es justo un minuto después, cuando aparece otra camarera para pedirnos qué queríamos para beber, le tuvimos que indicar que acabábamos de pedirle a su compañero.

Pasaron 15 minutos y la bebida estaba todavía servir (y ni un solo comensal más en todo el local). Se acerca un nuevo camarero para tomarnos nota. Cuando le indicamos que queremos ragú (señalándole el plato en la carta), nos pregunta qué es. Nos dice que no hay y se marcha sin tomarnos nota. Vuelve a los dos minutos la camarera anterior, le pedimos un plato de ragú y un trozo de carne. Nos dice, os pongo patatas con la carne (no nos indica en ningún momento tamaño de la ración, por lo que dimos por hecho que era una ración individual). Nos dice ¿y no queréis nada más? ¿ningún entrante? ¿ni si quiera pan y aioli? A lo que le dijimos que no. Nos insiste y por cortesía pedimos pan y aioli. A todo esto, llega otro camarero (como el quinto disitinto que nos atiende) y la interfiere metiéndose por en medio de malas formas y sirviéndonos fatal las bebidas 15 minutos después de haberlas pedido.

Nos llega la comida y llega fría. El ragú no era ragú, era pasta con albondigas. 20€ la broma. La ración de patatas era como para cuatro personas, nos podían haber avisado viendo que solo uno de los dos comensales las estaba pidiendo. Pero bueno, sin importancia. La salsa de la carne era muy aguada, como de sobre, sin sabor alguno además. Pero viendo el panorama, decidimos comer y callar porque el servicio ya nos estaba incomodando. Entre ellos había muy poca comunicación y estaban como de mal rollo, se respiraba mal ambiente. Habíamos vuelto a pedir bebidas y se habían olvidado. Nos la sirvieron cuando estábamos acabando de comer.

Llega el momento más divertido. La cuenta, 90€ dos personas y sin entrantes. Ver para creer, 3.25€ una caña y 2.95€ un cortado. En cualquier otra circunstancia no me habría importado si la calidad o el servicio fuesen acordes con el precio, pero aquello era surrealista. Fue un robo por toda la cara, una experiencia digna del programa de Chicote 'Pesadilla...

I am a teacher in the town of Santa Ponça and I go to this restaurant at least 4 times a year. Today was one of these times. I took some visiting teachers from France and they were delighted with the food, the service and the views. We had the menu of 16€, and we paid for the extra coffees and the sangría, which were not included. The starters were croquetas, scrambled eggs with potatoes and goat cheese, and Russian salad. For the main dish we had paella ciega (the one where you have all the seafood already peeled for you, so you can eat it without getting dirty) and some had the caneloni. The food was delicious, filling and there were leftovers (which I took home for tonight). Thank you, guys, for always hosting our teachers’ lunches, and even our end of school dinners with our students. We will be going back for every occasion!
