Hotel Europa Pamplona — Hotel in Pamplona

Great place to stay right in the city center with a comfortable paid parking option available in a nearby garage. I would appreciate some poultry ham for breakfast, but other than that all was great, even some gluten-free options were available. Our room had a comfortable bed, great WiFi connection and was very quiet too which I enjoyed being in the center. The only thing I would change are the plastic cups for tea/coffee in the room. As I was working from there, I asked and borrowed the ceramic ones from the restaurant though. Can recommend to anyone...

The hotel is in a fantastic location. We have eaten at the restaurant and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean but very dated. The shower head was covered in calcium. The tiles in the hallway and room are cracked. The mattress was old and the springs on one side had obviously broken. There is a general air of lack of maintenance and attention to detail in the rooms and it is obvious that the focus is the restaurant. The hotel is in desperate need of a general refurbishment. For the price paid, there are better options...

Pros: The hotel is in the heart of Pamplona, on the edge of the pedestrian area. The room was very nice, not very spacious, but perfect for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. The bathroom was well-equipped and clean.

Cons: Even with a good sound-proofing window, You can hear the noise of the people from the nearby restaurants and bars. It was not annoying after a full day of sightseeing, but you have to consider it if you would like...
