Great location. Walking distance to bus and train station. Train is about half hour walk. Restaurants and bars close by. Pedestrian mall steps away. The best thing is the Carrefour grocery store across the street! Beware as its closed on Sundays.||Check in was fast, took tiny elevator to our floor and the elevator stopped, then nothing! ||Here we are in the elevator, no signs, no indication of what to do. It took a while But you have to push the OPPOSITE wall of the elevator to reveal that it is a DOOR. What would it take to put a label on the door that says "PUSH" or a label with the shape of a hand. The front desk could have warned us. ||||The room:|| In our first room, large windows a/c leaked water all over the floor, we had to move. Second room, great view, quiet, nice really only thing it needed was a box of kleenex. Mini fridge keeps your groceries cool.||||Decor:||Post Apocalyptic Grey cement, light brown halls, industrial heavy guage steel tables folded by 20 tonne press.||||Conclusion:||Surprised that there is not more choice in Pamplona. Either "no sleep, rock bottom price" or way too much. This hotel was too expensive for what it is. At the price we paid, there should have been breakfast...

Arriving from a long 7+ hour drive, we were exhausted and hot. ||||Clean hotel, with the only temperature taken of any hotels that we visited (we appreciated the extra care). ||||Parking was literally outside the hotel, underground. ||||Great little neighborhood bakery down the street for morning coffee and pastry (Panaderia Tahona), with extremely friendly hosts. ||||Easy access to Burlada, Huarte, Valle de Erro and Uriz (family) by car, as well as el Casco Viejo (old city center) of Pamplona. ||||The best part?||||When the receptionist heard that my wife is vegan, she provided us with a list of more than 6 places that we could go for dinner, from pure vegan restaurants to pintxos bars with vegan options (try Viejo Iruna for the pintxos). ||||Really a treat for...
Read moreThe room was ok, kind of standard: queen bed, desk, wifi, small bar fridge, TV. The drawbacks: no bath tub- only shower, no iron and board, sound proofing is not great. As for hotel services: Breakfast was quite good with several kinds of ham, bacon, egg, cheese, bread, pastries, fruit, coffee, juices. Not a single vegetable though... Hotel does not have washers and dryers for guests use, only pay-per-item service at 2-13 Euro per item. The nearest laundromat is about 7 minutes walk. For parking they have an arrangement with a close by underground parking place, a few minutes walk, for about 11 Euro per night. As for location, it is great. Close to everything in the old city, countless bars and restaurants minutes from the hotel, everything is happening close by if you are looking to hang...
