UDON Pamplona — Restaurant in Pamplona

Spent a week in Pamplona and as a vegan had very limited options. So was happy to find this restaurant and come back almost every day to try out nearly all their vegan main dishes. The rahmen is by far the best. Highly recommended, and as good as rahmen i had in Tokyo. Other vegan dishes were OK, not amazing. Very high on sauce, low on veggies, and very heavy overall. The curry was the worst- why would you include both tofu AND this chicken looking meat substitute in the same dish? And it taste nothing like curry. Me and my 2 kids stood outside waiting for them to open at 1pm. A lady worker came and stepped in 10min before, and we wondered if we can be seated earlier. She hissed us away with her eyes wide open in Spanish, shouting, no smile, overall, very mean. The restaurant is small and cozy with well laid out tables and stools. There is an app that you scan and order the food through. You have to pay directly before you get the food so I thought that was a bit of a waste.
