Can Picafort Holidays — Hotel in Santa Margalida

I am surprise to see all the reviews saying that nothing was missing... Yes, the apartment is beautiful, but when you pay for a home stay you also pay for a home like service, otherwise you can go to a hotel or hostel.

First of all, the apartment was not clean when we arrived. It smelled very bad, and the floor was full of dust. We had to clean ourselves the first day !!!!

The check-in was long, and we lost almost 1h to hear about how to turn on the TV and not touch the wall...during all the process Daniela was on her phone answering people and sending voice notes, and we had to wait each time that she finish first her message to answer her... We felt not respected at all !!

Then, every basic stuff were missing. There was not even sugar available. I stayed in hostel more accommodating than this apartment.

During all of our stay, Daniela never reached out to see if everything was OK or to check on us.

Lastly, on our checkout, she didn't check on us, and neither asked if we left or had a nice trip, etc.

Honestly, for this price, I expect a better service. Hosting people is not only about renting a house. You are supposed to take care of your guests as well.

I would not come...

El Paraiso is a lovely secure beautifully refurbished apartment fully equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen but also the laundry and even beach equipment. The apartments have a great secluded pool with outdoor shower perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach though note it is quite deep. Plentiful easy parking right outside if you have a car.

Daniela the host was extremely responsive and helpful from first contact to departure and very accomodating. Being welcomed as VIPs at the lovely family restaurant was an unexpected added bonus of our stay here.

We were a family of 4 with a little Pomeranian and there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy and relax. Location an easy amble to Can Picafort. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and...

We spent 5 nights at the townhouse in C'an Picafort and couldn't have wanted for anything more! Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, the welcome bottle of wine and water were a lovely touch. All the info was available. The host Daniela came to see us pretty much straight away to show us everything and we absolutely loved our time there. Nothing better than standing and cooling down in the pool on the terrace outside with a cold beverage in hand (very handy with a large Lidl just up the road) after a day-trip or time at the beach. It's quiet, it's close enough to all the amenities and it's certainly comfortable. We'll definitely be back and will...
