Through a manager of Visitor Center Sevilla we received this suggestion on our request for authentic Flamenco: ‘Flamenco Andalusi’ And still enjoying the fantastic demonstration of artistry and improvisation, I am happy to write this review here on a terrace in Seville. This group with Dancer Coral Moreno, Singer Juan Murube, Guitarist Pedro Viscomi and Cajun player Pablo Nuñez did absolute justice in this Tablao. This is Flamenco in its pure form! One could hear, see and feel their interaction. Juan is a super expressive singer with a truly beautiful voice. Blessed with a wide spectrum of emotions, he does not shy away from the small and soft. Pedro Viscomi not only plays a beautiful solo and shows responsiveness and alertness in combination with Juan's vocals but was undoubtedly subservient to the very impressive Coral Moreno. Elegantly talented she became the translator, the protagonist, partner and even conductor all in one. Independently powerful and elegant I did not at all miss a male dance partner during the whole performance. Last but not least: no way that Cajun player Pablo could have been missed. For people who are not familiar with skilled cajun play : with closed eyes one would hear an entire rhythm section. Too many of the rhythmic interactions would not have been possible without Pablo. Absolutely recommended! And for you new to Flamenco: This is a ‘love at first sight’ experience. Muchas gracias! Dancer: Coral Moreno Singer: Juan Murube Guitar: Pedro Viscomi Cajun: Pablo Nunez

Absolutely amazing introduction to flamenco dance and music! We were given a free fan upon arrival, and we were seated in a small, beautifully decorated room. A (quite long) video was shown to us, all about the history of flamenco and its origins. (Multiple languages) The guitarist stepped us and gave us a breathtaking guitar solo, full of emotion. Then came the other 2 musicians, including a singer. The singer had an incredible voice! The dancer stepped onto the stage and delivered an absolutely spectacular performance, her feet moved like lightning and she whisked her shawl inches from us in the front seat! The dancers face was full of emotion, and every time she completed a complicated move the guitarist and singer were delighted, and showed that through their music. The show was entertaining for adults, teens and children, all of which were at the show. We were permitted to take videos and photographs during the final dance, and afterwards we took a picture with the musicians and dancers. We had brought a selfie stick (which we didnt use) and accidentally left it in the building. A lovely lady from the reception ran after us halfway down the street to return it when we didn't even know it was missing! This show was spectacular and took our breaths away with the unexplainable...

Unfortunately this is not flamenco that is expected in Seville. I went to Madrid, Barcelona and few other places, and this was the worst one. However the photos and videos in reviews show a great performance, so it seems we were unlucky with only 1 dancer who can barely dance, whereas flamenco shows I have seen had a minimum of 2 so they can actually perform in passion and switch to give performancers needed breaks while maintaining the quality. Also the classic flamenco has a special type of a skirt like featured on many photos here, but in reality there was just a standard dress, without longer type skirt. Also there was no performance with such important element of flamenco as a shawl... so it was extremely plain and the performer who did a show today had close to 0 emotions. The singer was actually a lot better at the end dancing than the main dancer during the whole show just because of passion and this is ehat flamenco is. The sad part is that foreighners who come only once will think that this is the level of what flamenco should be, so by giving a subpar performance you are actually affecting perception of wonderful culture Spain has. Not 1 star because it was still ok and performers deserve a credit, but you can't have a great show of 1.5 hours with...

It was my first flamenco show with my mom, and it was amazing! The dancing was incredible, and the guitarist’s expressions were pure art. You can really feel the passion from every performer — it made the whole experience even more special. 💃🎸
