OYO 274 Shan Hotel — Hotel in Colombo

We booked 4 rooms but they were try to give us only 2 rooms. But finally we have got all the 4rooms. Upper floor rooms are very clean. But the down floor rooms are very dirty. When you are going to stay here please take the toilet bowl cleaning products, floor cleaning products etc. 😂 (Actually we also did this) In my room bathroom smells like the public toilet in the town. Worst hotel stay ever! The water in the bathroom was brown. Upon confronting the staff about it, one of them came to the bathroom, took a sip of water to taste it, spat it on the floor and said that everything was fine. There were many mosquitos in the room as well as cockroaches. The floor was dirty and full with hairs from previous guests. Our room was on the second floor and only reachable by elevator, as the staircase was blocked with trash and locked. In a case of fire you're trapped. Avoid...

It,s nice hotel, rooms new, with a/c. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they help us an any purpose. Food shop on graund floor, and a lots different food places near. I can recommend...
