Worst Experience with Dominos Kotahena, we Received a 30 minutes delayed order, so we received a free coupon for the next order.

The app was not allowed to enter the coupon number it said invalid coupon, when we call the customer care to inform the issue, they told that we can place the order over the call. So we did.

Even After one hour, the order was not delivered. we called but no responses from Kotahena Branch, we had to call the hotline number and to transfer them, after a 5 minutes of waiting they answered to tell there was no order placed. No one aware of our order. Then who answered the call and took the order? Is there any 3rd party using this number except Dominos Pizza Kotahena?

We received a free coupon because of a delayed delivery, but it was never delivered. And finally they asked us to pay and get the order after 2 hours of waiting. Very disappointing service.

Feedback: Poor Customer Service Experience

I recently placed an order for 4 kottu pizzas via your mobile app, selecting self-pickup from the Kotahena branch. After confirming the order, I even received a call to reconfirm it, which gave me confidence that everything was on track.

However, upon arriving at the branch, I was informed by the front desk that only 2 pizzas were available, and the remaining 2 were not. To make matters worse, the person at the desk responded rudely, stating that I could either take what was available or leave it. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was very disappointing.

If the items were unavailable, I should have been notified beforehand, especially after receiving a confirmation call. Wasting the customer’s time by only providing options upon arrival is unacceptable. Additionally, the front desk staff should be trained to handle such situations with better communication and respect for the customer.
