We had a great stay here. Our apartment was very nice and very clean. Beds are comfortable, however the pillows are not pillows, they need to seriously invest in good pillows. We stayed for three nights - never used the kitchen or any of the appliances, but everything looks new. There is no netting on the window, the moment you open the window the bugs are in. I am leaving a four star review only because of the locking system they have - it is quite insane to unlock the front door of the building, we end up calling them to come and open it after some time of struggle.

Very Clean, Very Luxury, there are Kitchen with utensils, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with BathTube, 4 sofas, Balcony, Ironing table/tools, Washing Machine with dryer, Dishwasher, and good Wifi, the locstion is very close with cafe, Restaurants and supermarkets, everything is good just lack of cleaning tools as broom and mop.

Mehrere Mängel beeinträchtigen den Aufenthalt erheblich.

Hallo zusammen, ich wollte im August 2024 3 ÜN mit Parkplatz dort buchen. Habe als Unternehmenstrainer viel Gepäck und Parkplätze sind in Zürich ein wirklicher Engpass. Bei der Buchung habe ich das extra als Bedingung angegeben. Per Mail wurde mit 24 CHF pro Nacht angeboten, die ich noch am gleichen Tag (leider) nur mündlich zugesagt habe (über die offizielle Nummer der Unterkunft). Einen Tag später, habe ich nochmals nachgefragt und bekam die Antwort, dass kein Parkplatz verfügbar ist! Daraufhin habe ich sofort storniert, musste aber leider die komplette ÜN-Gebühren 530 CHF bezahlen (über Booking - für nichts!!). Bis heute habe ich das Geld nicht zurück und auch keinerlei Kompensationsvorschläge... Ich bin regelmäßig in Zürich und kann nur allen Gästen dringend raten, andere Unterkünfte zu buchen (unfaire Geschäftspraktiken). Bin immer noch sauer und werde regelmäßig...
