雲頂溫泉行館 — Hotel in New Taipei

This is my second time stayed in this hot spring hotel. The host and staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Although the check in time is 6pm, you can leave your luggauge with them and go to the public hot spring, which has 3 big outdoor pools and free tea provided. The environment is like a little jungle. Their morning big breakfast is really lovely and enough.

Closed to Wulai old street, the hotel provided free transportation from hotel to bus station / old street, during day time can visit the Wulai waterfall, or take the bus to Bitan. Since there is no dinner provided we usually finish dinner outside then return enjoy the hotspring. The in-room hot spring is also a great option, the pool is pretty big and with massage function.

Finished camping in Wulai and the next thing is to have a beauty hot spring to relax!! 60 min and the whole family with total 40 USD! Awesome!! Recommended to stay for 90 min because it takes 7-8min to fill the tube and also need to wait for the hot spring not too hot! Went to a visit in the hot springs. Very unfriendly to people who do not speak Chinese, as we were not informed that we could only go into the hot springs once. We came upstairs to get a coffee before going in again and we were told we couldn’t go back in. Awful service. I will not be coming back here and I recommend that if you can’t read Chinese, I would avoid this place...
