旅店看起來相當新穎乾淨，很難想像這裡平日入住居然千元有找，房價與車站周邊差不多，但住宿環境感覺就好很多。 空間真的頗大的，木質地板還有冰箱，以及可以看到市景的落地窗，床偏軟但滿好睡的，一人睡一床也比較不會被打擾，大概除了夫妻或情侶，其他人都很適合入住雙床房吧。 旅店備品基本的都不缺，也提供熱水壺可以燒水泡茶或泡麵，現代旅人最重視的充電，房間插座也相當充足。我覺得很貼心的一點，房間所有燈的開關與插座都設在床頭，我甚至不用起身就可以親鬆開關電燈，或是充著電使用手機。 房間雖然緊鄰馬路邊，只要窗戶有關好，戶外的聲响不至於影響到睡眠。不少人很介意的大樓出入複雜，其實與旅店完全不影響，在房間休息也不必擔心接到電話問你要不要鬆一下，還是其實你比較想接到電話XD。 住福旅店附近除了美食多，鄰近還有好樂迪、威尼斯影城、中壢SOGO、中壢夜市，便利商店當然也不缺，以上說的走路約莫十來分鐘都可到達，而且從中午到深夜都不擔心無聊無處可去。
