We had dinner here on a Sunday night. It is a popular hotpot (steamboat) place with the locals, there were still people waiting to come in when we left at 10pm. There is a large display outside the shop where we press the number of people dining together and get a waiting number. Once they had a table available, we were asked to enter and order our meals by scanning the QR code. There is a lot of selection on the menu, but the easiest way to do it is to first decide whether you want 5 ounces (140g) or 8 ounces (230g) of meat. Each set comes with a vegetable platter, which will be bigger if you choose less meat, and smaller if you choose more meat. Then select the type of sliced meat (different cuts of pork, beef, or mutton) you want, the prices are clearly indicated. After that, select the type of soup, some options require additional cost. Finally, select the side, which can be rice, noodles, egg, and so on. Once the order is completed, make payment at the counter and the food will be served shortly after.
