週五晚上去用餐， 一位年輕的女服務生，其服務態度真的有待加強。

當天剛好帶日本客人去吃飯， 連語言不通的客人都能明顯感受到該服務生冷冰冰的態度，頻頻問我：她是在生氣什麼嗎？！

當晚點菜時的情形是： 我們問：上次我們點了客家小炒，有點偏硬ㄝ，能不能幫我們反映一下，不要這麼硬？ 女服務員：客家小炒就是這樣啊（連續講了2次後，面無表情還翻了一下白眼） （主管們的意思是：我們也是吃過其他家客家料理的，沒有吃過這麼硬的。是真的過硬，如果可以幫忙反映一下，我們其實還是很想品嚐這道菜餚的。畢竟客家小炒也是客家菜的經典啊！） 其它的中間往來過程就不在此贅述了。 在最後， 主管們問：請問湯品有什麼呢？ 女服務員：就是菜單上那些。 我追問：請問有推薦的嗎？ 女服務員：不言不語。臉上顯現出不耐煩樣。 此時此刻，原本試圖緩和氣氛的我也徹底放棄了！ 這麼好的用餐環境，這麼美味的料理， 就敗在該服務員！ 還是一開始最重要的點菜人員的服務態度上。 沒有服務熱忱，問什麼也沒反應，想點幾道特色料理也無法推薦。從頭到尾冷冰冰的態度，真的讓人乏味。 如果這位還是新手，不懂得如何推薦自家拿手佳餚，建議要先從基本學習（熟悉菜單、服務應對進退..）真要她獨當一面點菜時，初期也應該要伴隨一位資深服務員一起，才不至於發生當晚的窘境，失禮極了！

當晚這樣的服務真的只能給一顆星無法再多了！ 而，這一顆星是給當晚也在場的其他熱誠的服務人員們。加油！

順帶一提， 當天同桌主管們的好修養（極度有耐心，和顏悅色，試圖不斷地給該女服務員機會著）...

喜歡有全程代烤服務的燒肉店 烤的技術很好 肉質很嫩 店面位置很不起眼 門口停車位沒幾個 可以停去對面寶雅地下室 可以折抵兩個小時 整體感覺今天用餐非常滿意 家人吃的好開心😁
