This hotel offera a “free” shuttle to the airport but considering the price you are basically paying for the shuttle as the price of the room should be much cheaper. ||||They offer free breakfast but I left at 630 for the airport so he said that was before breakfast was served. ||||The owner organized a taxi for me from Matemwe to the hotel for $30 and the driver was really nice.||||My room had two double beds so more than enough for one person. The bed was rock solid. If you like firm then maybe this would be ideal but for me it was uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep The bathroom was barely clean. The shower was horrible. I think it is all clogged except one side so just a trickle off the side furthest away from the wall, aka closest to the toilet so water gets everywhere... and even when I had turned on the water heater for a good 15 minutes, I barely managed to get luke warm. ||||During the day it sounded like there were workers all around my room and you could hear all the conversations and the work that was being done. ||||At night the location is a bit sketchy and he advised me to take one street so that there would be lights at night. The entire experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. NEVER...

Wifi, functional breakfast with fruits, tea, juice and eggs, a nice location close to the ferry port, and just a 10-15 minutes walk from Forodhani park and areas around. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a very affordable place to stay in Zanzibar. Especially as we were two young girls who wanted to use more time exploring the city of Stone Town and surroundings rather than sitting in the...
