Mtoni Marine Hotel — Hotel in Malindi

This review is strictly for the Mtoni Palace Ruins tour/dinner and concert.

Do it. I believe they have the dinner concert only on Tuesdays, so you have to book in advance. The tour guide was some conservationist and he personally gave you a tour of the ruins. The highlight though was to actually have dinner at the center of the palace ruins. It's a small square courtyard with some nice tables, candles light on the floor and absolutely stunning setting. While you are having dinner, you'll get exposed to Zanzibar culture, food, dance and music. It really was a magnificent dinner...
