What can I say about Ha Beach Hotel? It’s impossible to find fault with this place! The moment my brother and I arrived, we felt so welcome. Ahmed (owner) offered us a full breakfast free of charge, and made us feel like we were home. We originally planned to only spend one week here, but ended up spending nearly 3 weeks. Every time we contemplated staying on another part of the island, we just knew we wouldn’t find anything comparable anywhere else. The staff were amazing and friendly and always keen for a chat. I can honestly say that we felt like family by the end of our stay. Ahmed has done a great job in making his guests feel like they are valued and nothing is ever too much to ask. The hospitality was outstanding. We had been traveling through the African continent for 4 months and without a doubt, this was the best hospitality we had received. The hotel itself had everything you needed. A stunning beachfront, comfortable lounges and beanbags to hang on during the day, great bar staff who know how to make proper cocktails and a warm and friendly chef who made delicious meals. Every Sunday, Ahmed threw a party with guest djs, and we enjoyed having a dance with other guests we met, as well as the staff who were always keen to socialise. The location of the hotel is perfect, far enough away from the busier part of Jambiani but close enough to get to the supermarket and ATM if needed. I’m pretty sure we stayed in nearly every room in the hotel during our stay and they were all great. I genuinely miss Ahmed and all of the staff at Ha Beach Hotel. We became great friends and that is the kind of environment that has been created here. You would never regret a stay at Ha Beach Hotel and I hope to return one day and see...

So disappointing! It's not cheap and there is absolutely no management presence and clearly badly run. First we ordered cocktails, they did not have the ingredients for the ones we ordered off the menu, we ordered others which took 20 minutes despite there being virtually no other customers. We wanted to order wine with our meal and they had completely run out of all wine. We were about to order beers instead when the tavle next to us who had just ordered beers was told they had run out and they had to share the last bottle of beer between them. Food took about 40 mins and when it came, the pizza was undercooked and tasteless and did not have the corn on it as on the menu, when asked why it was not on, the waitress told us the corn had been dropped on the floor!!!!! Prawns were tiny, tasteless and floury...ordered it with rice and veg and the veg arrived 15 minutes after the prawns and were very undercooked...to add to this, while we were eating there were 2 men on a ladder changing the lightbulbs in the dining area, moving around the tables to do so....when paying the bill we payed by card and wanted to add a tip on, the waitress said that the owners refuse to give them the tips added on credit card....that is illegal....what a horrible experience and complete...

This hotel truly deserves far more than five stars—it’s beyond exceptional. Everything, from the flawless organization to the ideal location, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality, was simply outstanding. The tranquility and serene atmosphere made this one of the most delightful trips I’ve ever experienced. As someone who is particular about even the smallest details, I can confidently say that this choice exceeded all my expectations.

The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort, with a delightful fragrance greeting me in the hallways every day. The housekeeping was meticulous, with fresh towels provided daily. The culinary offerings were nothing short of exquisite—delicious food and beverages that left a lasting impression.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, embodying a level of service that is rare to find. Their dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort did not go unnoticed.

No matter how much I try to express my admiration, words fall short. This hotel has truly raised the bar for luxury hospitality, and I am deeply saddened to be leaving tomorrow. I will surely return on my next...
