Lovely stretch of beach. High tide so high that you cannot go near the beach as the waves slam the properties and walls adjacent. Low tide so low that you have to track about a kilometer over the beach to get to the water. Inbetween high and low tide I is wonderful. You do feel like you are stuck in a Lion Kimg movie as each person you meet on the beach stops you with a "jambo" , followed by a whole lot of greetings an phrases from the movie. Then they ask you if you "are good". Then they try to sell you excursions and trinkets or nuts and after telling them 17 times you are not interested the next person greets you with a "jambo". If you are in the market for shopping be sure that the prices offered will be 10 times more that the real ones.
