The best hotel I’ve stayed in Thailand so far. We were exceptionally well greeted by the staff who were always friendly and helpful even with questions that had nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms are big and very comfortable and clean. As we went back and forth between Bangkok and other cities in Thailand and we always came back to this hotel they kept our luggage for us so we were able to take just our backpack for two days away. When we came back from Chiang Mai they even upgraded us to the suite because we chose to stay with them again, which was really nice of them. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. There were lots of options, even an omelette station where you got freshly made omelettes. Of course, like in all Asian countries the savoury part of the buffet was more furnished than the sweet one but I don’t mind as I am a savoury breakfast person. We didn’t get to use the pool as we have only been there for a week and had lots of things to visit but other guests were always using it and it looked nice. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant once and the food was good and the service excellent. The only advice I could give is to wear anti mosquitoes every time you go out, even for breakfast. It is an open room and it doesn’t have air conditioning so there are lots of mosquitoes and they DO bite. All in all we had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back

During our final days in Bangkok, we chose a higher-end hotel, expecting a luxurious stay. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The staff's limited English proficiency impeded communication, and the lack of basic amenities like a wardrobe in our room was a major inconvenience, particularly given the higher price. The breakfast was a disappointment, with pre-ordered meals not meeting our expectations and overly sweetened eggs. Although I usually appreciate diverse cuisines, I must express my dissatisfaction here. Efforts to address our concerns through Google Translate at the reception were fruitless, with their only suggestion being an impractical room upgrade. Ending our Bangkok trip on this note was disheartening. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, as it fails to deliver the expected value and comfort. The pool's cleanliness was also concerning, as shown in the attached video.

This is a nice hotel, but it most definitely is not a four star hotel and the junior suites are not actually suites but double rooms with a sofa. The neighborhood is a quiet and safe working middle class neighborhood with few attractions far from bts and anything you would really want to see. While the hotel is in a restored building, beyond the lobby it's just a normal modern hotel. For the same price (~$100/night) you can stay in a similar hotel right near the metro in a more interesting location. For us, the biggest issue was location: There is nothing around that you can walk to in under 25 minutes. Ten minutes to a few temples, a provincial museum, and a vegetable market. There is no walkable public transportation except the ferry (10-15 min walk) and the bus (10-15 min walk) You have to take a taxi (or 30-50 min walk) to any attractions, which is not ideal if traveling with small kids.

We would have loved to stay even longer!

If you're looking for a hotel where you can feel at home, in a beautiful and quiet area with many places within walking distance—while still having easy access to taxis and boats—then this is the perfect place for you. This part of Bangkok still has an authentic charm, away from the skyscrapers and the hustle and bustle.

We originally planned to stay for three days but ended up staying for nine due to my unexpected hospital stay. The hotel staff extended our room without any issues and provided incredible support to my partner while I was away.

We especially want to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. A special mention goes to Bonne—she is a ray of sunshine we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such warmth and sincerity like we’ve never experienced in any hotel before. You have a special place in our hearts, and we truly hope to see you again next year!

The entire hotel is new, well-maintained, and spotless. The rooms are spacious, offer plenty of storage for luggage and belongings, and provided everything we needed, even for our extended stay.

The breakfast offers a great variety, and the in-house restaurant serves delicious meals, which can be enjoyed on-site—sometimes with live music on weekends—or ordered to your room.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful time, the kindness, and the incredible hospitality we experienced.

The question isn’t if we will return, but when! We are already looking forward to it and wish you all the best until...
