A simple egg and bread breakfast with an old school vibe. There are not as many options here as there are at the restaurant the next generation opened but I tried this same dish at both restaurants. The main distinction is experience and consistency at this store is much higher. They do a lower temperature cook on the eggs so it is still runny when you get it. Both times I ordered it, it was cooked perfectly. The toast was also just lightly roasted which is perfect because it is such a small piece of bread. If they did a longer or darker toast the bread would be too hard. The downside would be that the coffee here is not as good as their breakfast.

Their simple signature dish; sunny side up in a metal pan, mixed with bits of peas, minced meat, Chinese sausage and another white sausage. It all comes with complimentary Chinese hot tea.🫖 Place is clean and staff are very kind.
Location is great. You can sit and enjoy the busy street of Bangkok while sipping on some hot coffee at the vintage tables.☕️
Total of our meal came to 230baht, that includes a coffee, tea, two portions of egg dishes with bread and sausage.🍳
Left this place with a warm feeling, satisfied and happy. 😊

Read moreThis traditional breakfast place in Bangkok looks more like an old style provision shop (convenience store) than a restaurant. But they really have a lot of items on their menu to choose from. Dim Sum, ham/egg/toast, Kai Kra Ta (wok baked eggs with minced meat) and legit good coffee.
Came for brunch and the place was still packed. Go up to the cashier and place your order. Then wait for a table. Your food will be served to you.
I think this place is a hit with locals and tourists alike because of the nostalgia and the coffee. Food is on par but not so fantastic. Can come and try it for...
