We had 8 nights here to relax after a 2 week tour. ||The hotel itself is a lovely setting with a large pool, near to the beach and great rooms. The majority of the sunbeds are uncomfortable and need replacing, music by the pool 11- 10pm some days louder than others and the staff serve drinks in the pool in actual glasses...with some guests swimming around with their glass...disaster waiting to happen.||We had a family room with pool view, a large shower room, very comfortable beds, safe in the room, fridge but no freezer box. It was fairly quiet most evenings surprisingly and we slept well...the air con drowned out some of the outside noise. The maid was mostly working alone which meant the cleaning service was hit and miss sometimes early or very late, towels and pool towels changed daily but bedding did not seem to be done in 8 nights.||The breakfast was adequate for us freshly cooked eggs of your choice with the usual tea/coffee and juice. They also had Thai options and pancakes or waffles, yoghurt, fruit and pastries. More than enough to set you up for the day.||Some of the staff were friendly and helpful others were not...the 2 guys at reception were great helping us with luggage, printing our passes and helping with questions. The maid was friendly and sweet but she couldn't speak much English...the girl in grey uniform needs to help the others not just tell the maids working alone what to do.||The surrounding area did have a very dusty, dirt track of a road which suddenly turned into nice tarmacked road almost overnight.. quickest road laying we have ever seen! There are a few lovely small restaurants with decent prices nearby and a lot of overpriced modern ones too.||One great feature is that the hotel provides beach mats free of charge just sign for them on the day you borrow them.||We had a nice stay here but they do need to address these points to improve it further:|- hire additional cleaning staff as they are overstretched |- plastic glasses for in and around the pool ( can be bought in 7 eleven which is what we did)|- cleaning around the pool some dirty towels and rubbish left for 2 days until I sorted it myself|- bathroom could do with pressure washing all around|- don't allow friends of guests staying elsewhere to use the facilities when drunk and behaving like children...

On the reception of this holet have paper that they have 8.2 or 8.5 rating at booking platform but truly is 7.6 in booking - they fool you Next thing when i came to hotel it was impossible to sleep, cause condition in room maybe 10 maybe 20 years old, it become yellow with a plenty of bacteria inside, and crack all the time, this sound will not let you sleep Cause of imposibility to sleep i ask stuff to do something, after they check another room they agree with me that it is impossible to sleep. I ask can i check out stuff said yes, and took my bank fetail for refund. Summary i spent 4 hour in room trying to sleep and then in night time trying to found new hotel. Next day when i came to hote reception after they call me and ask, i was waiting for excuse, but they only said me to solve my problems with booking myself. Then i asked to spoke with manager. They gave me phone, but when i asked who “i am spoke with and what is your position in hotel” human in telephone said “it doesnt metter”, after this i finish phone call. It means that staff try to fool me and call their friend maybe. When i ask again can i please spoke with manager, stuff said NO, no one wanna spoke with you!
Conclusion: i not even speake about return money, by the way it is not for 1 night, it was booking for 3 nights with breakfast wich is approximately 200$. This hotel impolite and rude to their customer. They make business on making imposible condition for live, and...
Read moreWe spent 5 nights in this hotel from the end of April and had a pleasant stay.|It is tucked away on a side street with a few small bars and massage parlours. Restaurants and shops are round the corner and a couple more minutes walk will be down to Bangtao beach which is a small, nice and quiet beach. We took a tuk tuk to the ‘town’ area where the night market was and it was worth a visit.|Hotel itself is rather nice though quite small. Our room is very spacious with comfy beds. There are all facilities what you need in a hotel room. Tea/coffee and small bottles of water were provided daily. Balcony was big and overlooking the pool area. |Breakfast was adequate, a mixture of Asian and Western style. Plenty of tea and coffee offered. We didn’t have any fresh fruits because they were uncovered.|Staff were friendly enough and would try to help you with any issues. We had the feeling that some did not speak much English. |It was rather quiet when we stayed and we had very good night sleep.|Restaurants on the main street were nice with very reasonable prices. Beach was lovely with calm sea and nice to walk on. |Don’t forget your mains adapter as we did and had to hunt for one locally to charge our phones.|Hotel could book you an airport taxi which was cheaper than what we booked through a U.K. website.|All in all it is a decent hotel with spacious room. We had no complaints for what we paid which was £21 a night...
