Little Nok and Jo’s — Restaurant in Choeng Thale

My husband, my sister and her husband went here for dinner last night and right away we were welcomed by the live musician and asked where we were from! We said Canada and instantly Nok the owner came up to us and greeted us with the warmest welcome! She told us how Jo, her late husband, was born in New West, British Columbia. We are from Vancouver so we were so excited to support a fellow Canadian! My husband asked what we should order and Nok actually said she would make us something special so we got the such a treat! Food - So good it is the only place ive eaten at so far. It's some of the tastiest food I've eaten and great value for money.

Service - The owner chats and jokes away with you. Such a lovely lady. All the staff are all friendly and polite. Very welcoming.

Atmosphere - Pictures, flags and licence plates litter the walls. Sounds weird but it works. TV screens on for sport. In the evening they have a live singer playing acoustic guitar.

Amazing bar to watch football in! As a Melbourne Victory supporter, I was worried I would not be able to watch an A League game. Went in the day before and asked if they would show the match, and the bartender said yes but was not too hopeful. Went the next day just before kick off, and he had the stream all ready on the big screen. More than happy😊

They will play any league you want. You just need to ask.

Also, it's the only bar that plays football in the area, so save yourself the hour we spent walking around asking.
