Carpie Diem beach club is a hidden gem located right on the shores of a beautiful beach, offering not only fantastic Italian cuisine but also an absolutely mesmerizing fire show with fireworks that will leave you in awe. My experience at Carpie Diem was truly unforgettable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and exciting dining experience.

First and foremost, the food at Carpie Diem is simply outstanding. The Italian flavors are rich and authentic, with each dish bursting with fresh ingredients and mouthwatering flavors. From the perfectly cooked pasta dishes to the decadent desserts, every bite at Carpie Diem was a true culinary delight. One of the highlights of my dining experience at Carpie Diem was the spectacular fire show that they put on. As the evening sky darkened, the talented performers took the stage with an incredible display of fire dancing and acrobatics that had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. The addition of fireworks to the show was the cherry on top, adding an extra layer of excitement and beauty to an already amazing performance. I was truly blown away by the skill and creativity of the performers and couldn't believe that I was lucky enough to witness such an incredible show.

It's worth noting that the fire show at Carpie Diem is not always guaranteed, so I would highly recommend calling ahead to confirm if it will be taking place on the night of your visit. However, even without the fire show, the food and atmosphere at Carpie Diem are more than enough to make for a memorable evening.

Don’t usually write reviews. But, read a similar review to us and wanted share our experiences.

We had a blast at Carpe Diem Beach Club enjoying the nice ambience, great table service and food. However, it was quickly ruined by the doormen and “local” taxi thugs I.e, taxi stand right next to the restaurant.

Basically, we asked staff if there’s any efficient means of getting back to our resort as strangely enough there was neither Bolt or Grab drivers near the vicinity.

The doormen then gladly pointing us to the local taxi stand next door (assume this local taxi stand was reputable with the staff here recommending it to us). This is where the problem unfolded (See below).

at around 7.00pm-7.10pm the local taxi thug quoted a rate nearly 100-200% the suggested grab/bolt rates. knowing this was a very unreasonable quote we kindly told the local taxi driver we would find our own way home. local taxi thug in the most snarkiest manner replied “sure good luck”. called our first grab/bolt request with the driver accepting at around 7.00pm. The door man approaches us and asks for the number plate “so he can assist us”. Doorman then proceeds to go over to the local taxi drivers giving them hand signals and whispering our presumed drivers number plate over to them. strangely our driver cancels our Bolt booking 1 min away from the beach club. -7.05pm we spot a young male riding his moped scooter past us 1-2 min after our driver cancels on us. The young male gives hand signals to the doorman, then parks his scooter next to the taxi thug. called in for another pick up request this time we decided not to share our drivers details to the doorman, after he asks “where’s your driver ? Number plate?”. We shrug it off with “he’s coming soon”. 7.30pm after roughly 30-45min of waiting our driver finally arrives, this time the local taxi operators showing their true colours aggressively trying to scare our driver away by filming, shouting, making hand gestures to our driver.

All up took us 2hours to get back to our resort which only should’ve taken us 30mins.

If the staff could disassociate themselves to the local taxi operators and warn guests about their behaviour, it’d greatly be appreciated for future visits.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our host, Sally, whose attentive and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout our time at Carpe Diem, Sally went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Her personalized service truly enhanced our visit and left a lasting impression.

As for the culinary offerings, we were blown away by the exquisite menu curated by the talented chefs. From fresh seafood delicacies to tantalizing cocktails, each dish was a culinary masterpiece bursting with flavor and creativity. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was evident, leaving us eager to sample more.
