From the Saphan Taskin BTS, walk towards the Bangrak bazar (behind Robinson), you'll find this beautiful and so peaceful mosque in the heart of Bangkok. I've lots of good memories with this iconic and historical prayer place. When I visited Thailand in 2015, found this mosque during Ramadan just before the iftar. They served complimentary food and allowed me to pray there. Again went to visit the mosque during the Eid ul Fitre this year, celebration of the Eid is so happening here. The was is nice and peaceful, most people arrive close to the khutba and leave soon after Jumma.
I was quite surprised at the number of people that were on the phones during the khutba and I hate to say it they were swiping through the usual meme etc. I'm really surprised the Imam didn't say anything.
