Baan Rom Talay — Hotel in Ko Samet

Baan Rom Taley is located in Koh Samed, from Pier walkable took 5mins which is just 400m and from stay to beach Sai Kaew just 200m. Conveniently, nearby around have many bar and cafehopping.

While staying, room is clean and cozy but not very modern, beds was soft and comfy to sleep. Too hot during afternoon, our floor was on top which really near to the Sun shine in the room.

Staff nice and friendly, have package program of each day offering as we got information at beach already with same package but with different timing, but at your stay if booked for package they will come to pick up at your place.

We intended on staying here but waited around for an hour for the receptionist to arrive (despite letting them know our arrival time). Very modern looking rooms. If I were to visit Koh Samet once again, I'd surely come back. Clean, great location if you plan on renting a motorcycle - which surely is worth it. Staff is fine. Only drawback is the shower which gets the entire bathroom wet while using, but that's a common thing around...
