Sai Kaew Beach - Jet Ski Rental
This is only for the Jetski Feedback at Sai Kaew Beach. The staff is very unfriendly and gets aggressive with the tourist's. We wanted to rent a JetSki for both of out kids. Only one of them was friendly and kind. The others, really all of them have been shouting at us and threatened us and my kids (age 11 and 13 years). I was asking if this is Thai culture to speak with people which want to rent a JetSki, and the one friendly guy felt ashamed of his colleagues.
At the end, we have asked for our money to get back and refused to drive with them. They didn't want to let our kids to drive alone. Ok, we respected that and the only friendly guy wanted to go with my son. And as my daughter didn't wanted to go with any of the staff, I offered to go as an adult with my daughter. Again one of them, was shouting at us and escelated the situation... So at the end the general mood of the kids to go with JetSki was gone.
I have never ever felt such an aggressive attitude towards guests. We are adapting to foreign rules and regulations, as we know it's not the same like in Europe. But we would never expected that staff will shout at customers and will threatened us as a family with kids.
Very poor and disappointing...

Sand itself absolutely beautiful fine and white and doesnt burn your feet. So clean. Vendors that offer their products and fruit/food in a polite way without being pushy. It doesn't get much better. Saturdays arrives MANY big motorboats with twin Yamaha big motors that are full with day tourists from China. Be prepared for a lot of screaming and behaviour that shows little respect to other tourists there. Same thing on restaurants with plenty of leftovers and garbage on floor after eating. NOT EVERYBODY but a significant part that stands out on this very call...

Prices are a bit higher than Pattaya or Rayong. Massage prices are about double. Plenty of dining options on the beach. Mostly Thai and American food on offer. You can buy some fresh fruit from the local shops. Rent a scooter for 300B ( 10$) each day and explore the island. You will love the feel of the soft white sand in your toes. Amazing vistas all round. This is not to be missed. Only 40 minutes boat ride from Rayong...
