Samed Doner Kebab — Restaurant in Rayong Province

This is the only credible place on the Island in which to get a kebab, or to someone who has spent time in London, a decent portion of late night nosh. They do quite a few different things and I had what resembled a kofta sandwich. It was fantastic. Nice chips and a fair amount of everything, brilliant value at around 300 baht. The sauces are good and you know you’ve had a meal when you’ve finished. Previously, I had tried burger and chips at two beach bars and they were both a bit out of shape, but this establishment is proper, for these folks it’s clearly a full time job. Definitely recommended.

As for the chicken kebab, for 220 baht it has to be the standout value for money takeaway I have found so far on my travels. That is in terms of both quantity and quality. The chicken is lean and with a fresh salad it is actually quite light and healthy, but also...

The food was so good from here! And it’s not your average cheap, greasy kebab. It was a really nice quality meal. Nice fresh bread, fresh meat and salad. The pitta I had was actually so big, I had to them have it wrapped up for takeaway. We both walked away with full tummy’s- like a happy Buddha 😂

It’s hard to choose where to eat on this island when you don’t know where to go. You can come here and order pretty much whatever you would like - there’s a good choice of food on the menu.

Amazing kebab meat and they had lamb of very good quality that's very hard to get..i would definitely recommend it.Everything handmade by the owners fresh Everyday. Chickin and beef pitta was incredible! the owners are very lovely and passionate about their cooking and the HYGIENE!
