The room was extremely disappointing. There was no carpet in the room, and the bathrooms were not working properly. The shuttle service was very poor — even though I booked it twice through the concierge, we were still unable to use the basic services provided to us. I would like to clarify a few important points regarding my recent stay: 1. Room & Bathroom Issues The room had daily housekeeping service, and therefore the bathroom issue was evident and should have been reported internally by the housekeeping staff to the concerned team. It should not have required me to file a complaint. 2. Room Upgrade & Carpet With regard to the room upgrade mentioned, I would like to note that this was not requested by me, but rather decided by your team. Regarding the carpets, I must highlight that my brother, who had a booking under the same reservation period, stayed in a room that had carpets. Therefore, the justification provided that rooms are carpet-free for wellness purposes is inaccurate. 3. Shuttle Service Concerning the shuttle booking, I kindly request you to review your call records, as your team had confirmed the reservation for us. Unfortunately, despite this confirmation, we were unable to use the service provided. 4. Late Check-out Regarding the late check-out, I would also request that you review your CCTV records, as the front desk staff confirmed to me directly upon check-in that this request was part of my booking. 5. Positive Experiences On a positive note, I would like to emphasize that our stay also included beautiful memories. I would like to sincerely thank the team responsible for the safety of my children at the swimming pool, especially Mr. Time, whose name I remember for his kindness, hard work, and professionalism. I also extend my thanks to the breakfast team, who were very friendly and cheerful, adding warmth to our mornings. Please consider that my feedback is intended to ensure better services in the future — both for us and for other Arab guests who may stay at your property.

Stayed here last January for about six nights as accomms for a conference I attended in centara. Opted to stay here as they advertised a wellness theme and facilities. I got upgraded to a wellness suite - a very spacious and relaxing room for my stay. The room is well furnished - gives a spa vibe, with green tones, mirrors only in the bathrooms, yoga materials, and wellness books - and the room was refreshed every two days or so (including hand towels, fixing beddings) but trash disposal and replenishing the soda water was done everyday. I LOVED the pillow menu (request the pillow in the reception) and the noise machine provided bedside - which enhanced my relaxation when sleeping (set to ocean sounds) and perhaps masked any noises outside. I could also take hot soaks in the bathtub - which was so helpful to relax during business travel. Other notes: - loved Nourish, the wellness restaurant where I had my breakfasts. Healthy food that wouldnt leave you feeling greasy but still energized for the day. Note that Long term stays allows you to order from their bigger menu. - there is a shuttle we could use to go to some adjacent malls but this is hourly - paid via credit card. Please note that there is a deposit for 2k THB per night; they just hold it in your card but the transaction doesnt push through - there is live music in the hotel bar on some evenings I saw, but wasnt able to try their drinks - the hotel is walkable to the other malls going to centralworld, about 15 mins; but more or less we used Grab a lot (remember though that there are other movenpick hotels around, so be sure to pin the correct one... a taxi brought us to a different movenpick hotel and we just rode a grab instead) -wifi was fast; tv and mini fridge provided in room - all the staff that helped us were great. I had a brief but pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location in town near Central Chidlom/Central Embassy and other popular destinations along Witthayu road. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the option to select my preferred firmness level from the pillow menu, ensuring a restful night's sleep at this wellness-focused hotel. The well-designed and roomy toilet, complete with mirrors on the door, added a vibrant touch and made the space feel more open. I do hope the management team will inspect the quality of amenities from the supplier to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. I had a minor issue with my toothbrush shedding bristles in my mouth, but fortunately, I caught it before any harm was done. In-room dining was good and very healthy. The pool provided a peaceful retreat amid the bustling cityscape. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food, and the layout of the dining areas made it easy to navigate even when busy. While it would have been nice to be able to order coffee at the table, a short walk to the machine was manageable. The hotel also had a fresh juice bar with plenty of healthy options in line with their focus on guest wellness. There is also a kid's play room right next to a dining area, so this is ideal for guests staying here with kids but still want to enjoy the meals without worries. Almost tried everything at the breakfast buffet, I did not enjoy the frozen Greek yogurt, perhaps due to my choice of toppings. Maybe that was the incorrect way to enjoy it. The dining knives appeared a bit worn, difficult to open my banana and cut my toast. Overall, my stay was very pleasant; I slept well, enjoyed delicious meals, and appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby malls.

I had a brief but pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location in town near Central Chidlom/Central Embassy and other popular destinations along Witthayu road. This was my second stay at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok (First was July 2024). I must say the hotel services has deteriorated since my last stay (after 5 months). Stay here for 5 nights.

Check in process was slow as I was assigned to a trainee during check in (which is currently still learning about 1 month knowledge of the hotel and facilities). It took 10-15 mins to check in despite I have already inform the hotel via email about my arrival, departure and requests before arrival). The front desk trainee does not know about the breakfast hours in between weekdays and weekends, complementary tuk-tuk service hours etc when I ask).

As an ALL Diamond member, my room has been upgraded to the next category. The Wellness suite king room was comfortable with functional amenities such as great water pressure at shower with controllable temperature, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion, bath tub, and comfy bed and pillows. No welcome amenities and letter/ card present in the room nor being delivered after 3 nights of stay.

On the second day of the stay, I informed the front desk about the missing welcome amenities and they acknowledge that they ordered them And will be delivered to my room upon my return to the hotel from meeting. Still no sight of the welcome amenities upon arrival back to the hotel after meeting of the day. In the evening, I called the front desk around 2315 to request for a pillow from the pillow menu. After waited for 1- 1 1/2 hours, no sign of the delivery. I couldn’t be bothered and went to bed. The next day before going out for appointment, i have informed the front desk about the missing welcome amenities and pillow that I have ordered last night and to inform the housekeeping to service my room as I’m going out for appointment. They acknowledged and will send them to the room immediately. So I went out for appointments and came back 4 hours later and during the final hour of afternoon tea. The welcome amenities and pillow has arrived at my room but my room has not been serviced. So I went down to the front desk to follow up for my room to be serviced while I work and have the afternoon tea. 1 hour later, I went back to the room and still the room yet to be serviced. I then went back down to inform the front desk officer to inform the housekeeping to service my room. I then have to go down for social hours while working on my computer down stairs while waiting for my room to be service.

During my time at the social hours, the GM of the hotel, Mr. Rubel Miah was walking around chatting to other hotel guest about their stay etc. He then came to chat with me to ask me if my stay was good etc. So, I have shared my experience with him and he kept apologising for the shortage of the services.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good but I have noticed that the variety of the food, drinks and services has deteriorated since my last stay. I had to go and the coffee by myself and choices of the food is limited. Not much variety.

Check out process was smooth as the duty manager attended to me during check out. She kept apologising on the shortage services i have experienced during my stay and guaranteed that if I return next round, it will be good experience.

Overall, the stay at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok was an average this time. I would consider to give it another chance next...

KICK START YOUR WEIGHT LOSS ...

The only reason I chose to stay 5 nights 6 days at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort, Wireless Road, Bangkok is purely to kick start my weight loss.

Prior to making the decision, I searched and found several places in Samui and Phuket, but they were more to body detoxification, which is great but not what I was after…

At Mövenpick, they have a gym and activities for the in-house guests, all inclusive!! Therefore, I just paid for hotel room.

The gym.. it’s well-equipped with the modern variety of machines, catering for both cardio and strength workouts. It has a relax and spacious pilates /yoga room. It also has a beautiful marble steam sauna, which separate for males and females.

The fitness activities.. the hotel has daily activities, four sessions a day,, seven days a week. The activities cover mobility, flexibility, strength and cardio exercises. There’re also sessions for children as well. During my stay, I attended all sessions (except children’s). I felt energized, though my legs were sore – but in a good way!!!

The fitness staff… they are all qualified fitness instructors/trainers, of course… The following fitness staff are worth noting:

DANISH. In my first two sessions, I had Danish, an intern from Manidol University, who demonstrated great enthusiasm and competence in conducting the sessions. I’m certain that he’s going to be one of the best physiotherapists in Thailand.

PETCH เพชร. As at the time, the gym wasn’t busy.. Petch found out that I have issues with my hip flexors.. he then took time to physically stretch my legs, arms, back and neck.. which significantly improved my mobility.

HORM หอม. I had Horm in body toning class. He is very skilful.. I love how he adapted and motivated and pushed me to the max. it showed that he cared.

NAM แนม. Nam is gorgeous.. She conducted pilates and yoga classes. My body is super tight and stiff.. Nam got me to do those gentle yoga poses which help with my tightness. She has a genuine passion of guiding and sharing the yoga and pilates practice..

Although I didn’t weight myself, but by the end of my stay, with the activities and healthy meals from the hotel's restaurants (which also offer calorie-counted menus), I felt much lighter, with less belly fat. My strength and energy levels had certainly increased.

Overall, the hotel room is spacious and clean, offering free Wi-Fi, in-room coffee, and water. The work desk is large enough for a lamp, phone, laptop, books, and document folders. Very comfortable! The staff at reception, housekeeping, Nourish, Bittersweet and Khum Hom restaurants are outstanding!

The only reason I chose to stay 5 nights 6 days at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort, Wireless Road, Bangkok is purely to kick start my weight loss.||Prior to making the decision, I searched and found several places in Samui and Phuket, but they were more to body detoxification, which is great but not what I was after…||At Mövenpick, they have a gym and activities for the in-house guests, all inclusive!! Therefore, I just paid for hotel room.||The hotel.. A1!! The room is spacious and clean, with complimentary Wi-Fi, in-room coffee, and water. The room has a substantial work desk which sufficient for a hotel’s lamp, a telephone, my laptop, my books and document folders. Very comfortable!!||The hotel staff.. from receptions to housekeeping, as well as staff at Nourish and Kum Horm restaurants, they’re all outstanding!!||The gym.. it’s well-equipped with the modern variety of machines, catering for both cardio and strength workouts. It has a relax and spacious pilates /yoga room. It also has a beautiful marble steam sauna, which separate for males and females. ||The fitness activities.. there’re four sessions daily, seven days a week. The activities cover mobility, flexibility, strength and cardio exercises. There’re also classes for children as well. During my stay, I attended all classes (except children’s). I felt energised, although my legs were sore – but it was a good sore!!||The fitness staff… they are all qualified fitness instructors/trainers, of course…||DANISH. On my first day, I had Danish, an intern from Manidol Uni, who demonstrated great enthusiasm and competence in conducting classes. I’m certain that he’s going to be one of the best physiotherapists in Thailand.||PETCH เพชร. At the time, the gym wasn’t busy.. Petch found out that I have issues with my hip flexors.. he then took time to physically stretch my legs, arms, back and neck.. which significantly improved my mobility.||HORM หอม. I had Horm in a body toning class. He is very skilful.. I love how he adapted and motivated and pushed me to do more. This meant he cared.||NAM แนม. Nam’s gorgeous.. She conducted pilates and yoga classes. My body is super tight and stiff.. Nam got me to do those gentle poses and poses which help with my tightness. She has a genuine passion of guiding and sharing the yoga practice.. |||Although I didn’t weight myself, but by the end of my stay, with the activities and healthy meals from the hotel's restaurants (which also offer calorie-counted menus), I felt noticeably lighter, with reduced belly fat, increased strength, and higher energy levels.||I highly recommend the Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort for those seeking to initiate a weight...
