Chef Man (Wireless Road) — Restaurant in Lumphini Subdistrict

Very good Cantonese dim sum. We ordered roasted crispy pork, shrimp cheong fun and a few other dishes. All well executed and atmosphere was classic HK style restaurant (lots of chatter and busy waiters).

Restaurant has private rooms for large rooms and common dining area. More upscale restaurant. Service excellent.

Only comment is the char Siew was not quite as good. Meat was abit too tough and overly sweet. But everything else was good. Congee was surprisingly not on menu but can be ordered off-menu but since it wasn’t a speciality, we...

Chef man wireless road is located in the BDMS building. Having car park under ground having 3 floor for car park. The restaurant is on 1st floor at the front of the building. Tim Sum is very good such as dumpling, Ha Gao The BBQ is also very nice such as roast pork, pork burry Crab fry rich is also good too drink can order tea refill or water

This restaurant must be reseve in advance about 1 month. there is few table here only 6 tables and 2 private rooms each room...

เป็นร้าน​ Chefman สาขาที่อยู่ในปาร์คนายเลิศ​ ถนนวิทยุ ร้านตกแต่งสวยงาม ไม่ได้กว้างใหญ่มากนัก เมนูจะน้อยกว่าเชฟแมนสาขาหลัก แต่จะเป็นเมนู signature ของเชฟแมนทั้งหมด สาขานี้เป็ดปักกิ่งราคาตัวละ 1700 บาท และต้องโทรสั่งล่วงหน้าเท่านั้นจึงจะได้รับประทาน ไปทานอาหารในช่วงเย็นลูกค้าไม่เยอะมาก ช่วงเย็นจะไม่มีติ่มซำนอกจากซาลาเปา Lavaไข่เค็ม​และ ซาลาเปาหิมะ อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่างสมศักดิ์ศรีของ Chef Man​ แต่วันนี้สั่งหมูกรอบมาเป็นจานเล็ก มีมันเยอะไปหมด​ แทบไม่เจอเนื้อเลย ถามพนักงานว่าทำไมถึงมันขนาดนี้ พนักงานแจ้งว่าสามารถ Request ได้ว่าขอเนื้อๆ ถึงจะได้เนื้อมากหน่อย เมนูที่สั่งวันนี้ มีหมูกรอบไซซ์เล็กจานละ 450 บาท ซาลาเปาไส้ลาวาไข่เค็มราคา 125 บาท ซาลาเปาหิมะไส้หมูแดงราคา 130 บาท ผัดผักรวมไซส์เล็ก 580 บาท (จานนี้ขอแนะนำว่าอร่อยมากๆ)​ แก้มหมูผัดขิงและต้นหอมราคา 580 บาท เมนูนี้จืดไปนิด ส่วนอีหมี่ซีฟู้ดผัดซอส XO ราคา 500 บาท อร่อยมาก มีรสเผ็ดนิดๆและกลิ่นหอมมาก

เครื่องดื่มมีน้ำชาและเก๊กฮวย refill ทีละ 80 บาท พนักงาน ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสและ บริการดีมาก ร้านมีที่จอดรถเพียงพอภายในปาร์คนายเลิศ ราคาแพง​...
